HORIZON EQUESTRIAN'S VISION

The goal of Horizon's training and lesson program is to promote and develop internationally competitive riders and horses. Mackenzie personally competes a string of horses owned by the Horizon Equestrian family aswell as coaches the Horizon competition team. The team competes locally as well as travels throughout North America to obtain scores and qualifications for a variety of international events and competitions.
ABOUT
MACKENZIE
Mackenzie is an FEI Dressage rider formerly based in San Diego, California. Mackenzie made the move to Steffen & Shannon Peter's Arroyo Del Mar in 2015 and enjoyed her time in the sun training and riding primarily under Dawn White O’Connor, and had the opportunity to ride with a variety of talented trainers, Additionally Mackenzie was invited to participate in a USDF Emerging Athlete Clinic with Charlotte Brehdal and George Williams. Mackenzie has successfully earned her USEF Silver medal on two personally trained horses as well as several CDI YR victories, with hopes of competing in the U25 Grand Prix Division and finishing her Gold medal this upcoming season. Currently she is focused on developing a string of horses through the FEI levels. As Mackenzie competes internationally and continues her classical education, she has created a contrasted training environment where horses of all ages and levels thrive. Mackenzie's program emphasizes the horses mental and physical well being while conscientiously following the Dressage training scale. Mackenzie's attention to detail, particularly regarding the horses health and wellbeing is what sets her apart.
Mackenzie manages her team of horses immaculately to ensure they have every chance to perform their best.
Mackenzie and Horizon Equestrian after an incredible season in Wellington, Florida are now moved into Solace Stables, a brand new equestrian facility in Headingley, Manitoba.
